Chongqing Architectural Design Institute (CQADI) is a competitive and influential state-owned enterprise with more than ninety-year history in China. Our main predecessor is the design department of Chongqing Construction Bureau established in 1950s. We now possesses multifarious Class-A qualifications in architecture, municipal public engineering, city planning, landscape, building intelligent design, project cost consultation, construction drawing inspection, etc. In addition, System.Through ISO Quality, environment, occupational health three system certification.
Extraordinary human resource:More than 1200 technicians and officers are working in CQADI and about 230 of them are state-registered certifications of Architect, Structure Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Cost Engineer, etc.
The business activities include: general contracting of building construction, municipal infrastructure, urban renewing, full-process consulting, surveying and design, EPC, project management, engineering supervision, cost consulting, real-estate investment.
Technical Advantage: We hosted and participated in a number of national and local architectural standards. In addition, we have taken the leading position in mountain architecture constructing and planning, urban renewing, aseismic design, mountainous foundation and slope protection management, geological hazard defense and deep basement waterproofing technology and so on in China.
Achievement: Since its establishment in last century, more than 6000 projects have been accomplished successfully by CQADI all over the country. Nearly 600 of them,won the national, provincial and ministerial prizes.
