GREEN-TOWERS provides iconic and green architecture at market prices. It is the first ´Passivhaus-Plus´ residential high-rise, Germany´s leading energy conservation technology. This saves 90% of all heating energy compared to average tower building stock. A super compact core leads to a NIA/GIA area efficiency of >0,8.
