About
Carazo Architecture is located in San José, the heart and capital of Costa Rica. Being an office that is born in a country rich in natural resources, dazzling landscapes, friendly people and growing cities, they have the freedom and obligation to take advantage of these resources with the mission of generating the least negative impact in their context, at the same time to generate architecture that provides multiple benefits to its users and the possibility to experience new and better ways to live and inhabit cities.
Architecture for the firm is a process that focuses on environmentally responsible design, specific to their location or site; which is the result of the socio-cultural context from which the projects are born. Their projects vary from housing projects, luxury residences, reconstructions due to earthquakes, hotels, office buildings, rural schools, mater plans, and more.
